Breakfasts are quickly becoming my favorite meal of the day. So many options and so quick to put together! Today's breakfast was a
kale/lemon/ginger smoothie (I added some lemon) with two pieces of cracker bread with home made humous spread and cherry tomatoes. All made in seconds (humous was made before) and all so delicious! Obviously the cracker bread is glutenfree ;-)! I'll be attempting to make my own one day, but for now the store bought one will do ;-)!!
